Bylaws

Bylaws clearly outline the group’s functions & procedures. They identify how decisions will be made and describe the relationship with the school district. Bylaws define membership & provisions for participation. They explain the different roles and responsibilities.

Simply put, thoroughly written bylaws help groups know how to handle new situations or issues that may arise and keep things running smoothly.
