Procedural Safeguards

Procedural safeguards are the protections afforded students and their families by the IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act). This workshop will provide information on parental rights under the NJ Administrative Code pertaining to written notice, consent, confidentiality, access to records, dispute resolution procedures, disciplinary protections and more.
