NJ Pathways to Postsecondary Success

The goal of the NJ Pathways to Postsecondary Success is to increase access to and awareness of state agency transition services and supports for children and youth with disabilities, ages 10‐21, while increasing coordination and collaboration between state agencies.

What is this project?

The goal of the DIF Project is to empower students to envision their future and connect them to valuable services to ensure a more successful transition to adulthood.
