About
E-PATH is a model demonstration project funded by the US Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs, focused on building the capacity of schools to engage underserved families more effectively. There is a special focus on military-connected families. We are collaborating with the University of Connecticut, the Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports project, the NJ Department of Education and its PBSIS project, and the parent centers in Connecticut (Connecticut Parent Advocacy Center) and Rhode Island (RI Parent Information Network) in this 5-year effort.
Staff: Peg Kinsell is the project director. Jamie Betances and Ijjou Hammouch are the Family Engagement Specialists working with our three pilot schools in Clifton, New Jersey.
