Assistive Technology and Transition to Adult Life

This presentation will:
1. Help families understand how assistive technology can play a critical role in supporting students as they prepare for life after high school
2. Explore how AT can be integrated into transition planning to build independence, strengthen communication, support employment and postsecondary goals, and ensure students have the tools they need to participate meaningfully in their communities
3. Provide practical strategies and resources to help students use AT confidently as they move toward adulthood.
