COVID-19 Related Compensatory Education
Update: S905/A1281
Great news! On March 3, 2022, Governor Murphy signed the Statute of Limitations legislation.
Thanks to all, it was a great team effort. SPAN, NJCDD, Rutgers Health Education Law Clinic, Special Education Practitioners and all of the families that worked so diligently to get this bill passed and signed. We also want to thank the sponsors of this legislation; Senators Ruiz and Gopal and Assembly members Stanley, Carter and Mukherji as well as the Governor for signing this bill in the very tight timeframe we had to act. Great work everyone to support students with disabilities and their families in New Jersey!
