This experiential, interactive two-day workshop sets a foundation for parent- led parent engagement through the use of Cafe materials, activities, and practice opportunities that emphasize deep self-reflection and peer-to-peer learning.
Be Strong Families Parent Cafe is build community, trust, and the Strengthening Families Protective Factors. After this workshop, participants will have the basic knowledge and skills to bring Cafe is to life and thereby to deliver a family support service with parents taking the lead and providers supporting them.
There are 8 possible training opportunities that encompass two in person days each. Please see the registration links below. You would only need to register for one set of dates.

Only 20 participants can register for each day.
Once there are 20 participants for each date you will no longer be able to register for that training date.
There are 2 training opportunities on December 2-3, 16-17 and 19-20.
This is first come, first serve so please be sure to register soon if you are only available for a particular date.
In addition, when you register, please disregard any time discrepancies on the registration form. The training will be held each day from 8:15 am – 4:15 pm.

Due to construction around the building please be sure to read the driving and parking instructions before arriving at the location.
